Acupuncture
The treatment of acupuncture places fine, sterile needles at specific acupoints on the body. The philosophy behind insertion is based on using the bodies own energy, called Qi, to unblock obstructions, strengthen the body and assist the body’s own ability to heal itself from acute or chronic conditions.

Herbal Remedies
Choosing from 100's of classical combinations, herbal remedies serve to balance and restore health.
Moxibustion
A form of direct heat therapy, used mainly in loose and pressed form. Moxibustion is often used in conjunction with Acupuncture to promote the flow of Qi and/or heat the varying meridians and acupoints.

Cupping
A classic technique, using glass cups via suction to promote Qi and blood flow.

Tui Na Massage
Is a traditional Chinese style of massage that can achieve soothing results, using the Acupuncture channels and/or Acupuncture points as a guide. If one prefers a non-needling treatment, Tui Na offers an alternate approach.
Diet/Lifestyle Therapy
Taking ancient wisdom of whole foods and food combining for your body type, specific dietary and lifestyle changes are suggested.
Wellness Workshops
Jill is experienced in developing and delivering wellness workshops tailored to the interests and needs of workshop attendees. Jill connects with audiences in a thoughtful way, helping them see the potential for greatness in themselves.
